Aishwarya Srinivasan is an AI entrepreneur and co-founder of The Gen Academy, where she teaches people to build AI systems. She previously worked at Google Cloud, Microsoft for Startups, IBM, and Fireworks AI. A Columbia University data science graduate, she moved to the United States for her studies and has built a community of over 1.2 million across platforms. Her work includes technical courses, public speaking, and a podcast with AI industry leaders.

Aishwarya Srinivasan co-founded The Gen Academy with Arvind Narayanamurthy. They teach agentic AI through live sessions and practical projects, covering topics such as retrieval, evaluation, and AI security.

Her career includes roles as a Data Scientist at Google Cloud, Senior AI Advisor at Microsoft for Startups, AI & ML Innovation Leader at IBM, and AI Developer Relations leader at Fireworks AI. She holds a postgraduate degree in data science from Columbia University.

An immigrant in the United States, Aishwarya has built a global developer community of over 1.2 million and delivered more than 200 talks worldwide. Through AI with Aish, she brings technical education and conversations with industry leaders to a wider audience.
